Advertising & Sponsored Content Disclosure Policy

This policy explains how Housing & Property Times ("HPT") distinguishes paid or sponsored content from independent editorial coverage.

1. Labelling. Any paid, sponsored, or promotional content carried by HPT is clearly labelled as "Advertisement" or "Sponsored Content" and is visually distinguished from editorial reporting.
2. No influence on editorial content. Advertising or sponsorship arrangements do not influence HPT's independent editorial coverage, in accordance with HPT's Code of Ethics & Editorial Independence.
3. Real estate advertisements. Where HPT carries an advertisement for a real estate project, the advertisement will disclose the project's Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) registration number, in keeping with the disclosure norms under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
